"SYSTEM ORIENTATION"

Welcome to Massage manEdger!

We hope that you are finding your way around your site and that you are keen to get your practice entered into the system and your website working hard for you.

This is the first in a series of short tutorials that you will be receiving over the next few days. They are intended to help you get your practice up and running on Massage manEdger. But don\'t be intimidated, the system has been designed for use by individuals of all technical abilities. You don\'t need to be a computer wiz to use it, so be sure to have fun with it!

Massage manEdger includes many convenient client documentation and communication features that will help you organize your practice and enhance your client services. A little time invested upfront to get the system set up for your practice will increase your revenue opportunities and save you many hours later on. We think you\'ll be glad you did!

Once you have entered your practice details and clients information, the system will take over from there…

  • Increase your clientele through online appointment bookings
  • Eliminate client no shows through automatic client email appointment reminders
  • Standardize your client records
  • Monitor client progress through treatment SOAP notes
  • Generate and track client billing
  • And much more!

 

Before you get started, you will need to become familiar with a few action symbols or \"icons\" that you will see throughout the system. They are:

System Tools and Icons

"Help" - This link appears at the top of each page throughout the system. Clicking on it will activate the "HELP" facility, which will provide you with page specific helpful hints that will assist you with understanding the operation of each page.
- This "EDIT" icon appears throughout the system and indicates that the field it appears beside can be edited. Clicking on it will send you to the edit page for that particular item.
- This "DELETE" icon appears throughout the system and indicates that the field it appears beside can be deleted. Clicking on it will cause the adjacent item to be deleted from the system. A warning message will be displayed prior to item deletion asking if you are sure you want the item removed.
- This "ADD NEW" icon appears on various pages throughout the system. Clicking on it will add another like item to the system area that you are working in.

Note: For multi-therapist environments, additional therapist accounts can be added to your site through a special "Administration" account. To access your administrator account use the following account information:

Username: administrator
Password: (the same one you were given for your default therapist account)
