"WORKING WITH CLINIC SETTINGS"

In this tutorial you will learn about Massage manEdger\'s Clinic Settings.

The Clinic Settings Section is a collection of information about the general operations of your practice. Once entered, Massage manEdger uses this information to set up the operating parameters of various clinic specific modules deployed throughout the system.

The Clinic area is divided into the following section tabs:

CLINIC SETTINGS - Enter clinic contact information, which is used to customize various printable forms such as client invoices, consent forms, etc. Required information includes therapist\'s registration number, telephone and fax numbers, street address, etc.

HOURS - Enter your practice\'s business hours for each day of the week. This information is used to automatically configure your public and private appointment booking tools.

SERVICES - Define your service offerings and rates. This information is used in the accounting section of the product to create client invoices.

TAX - Identify the appropriate taxes and their rates for your area. This information is used in the accounting section of the product in the creation of client invoices.

To configure your Clinic Settings log into your website and navigate to:

Website Control >>> Clinic Settings


In the resulting section ...

  • Click the \"Edit\" button to modify Clinic Settings
  • Use the \"Drop down\" menus to define your Hours of operation
  • Complete and save the \"Service Fields\" to enter your client Services
  • Complete and save the \"Tax Fields\" to setup the appropriate Tax calculations for your client invoicing

Note: The "Hours" and and specialty \"Services\" need to be defined in the "User Settings" of each therapist account, as they may vary from therapist to therapist.
