"WORKING WITH CLIENT PROFILES"
In this tutorial you will learn about Massage manEdger's Client Section.
The Client Section provides you with tools that are designed to assist with the day-to-day management of client information. Once entered, Massage manEdger will use this information to streamline client administration by automatically populating various fields on client related pages throughout the system.
The Client area is divided into the following sections:
CLIENT PROFILES - Maintain comprehensive client profiles: including a client number, contact information, date of birth, occupation, gender, etc.
CLIENT ACCOUNTS - Tools in this section allow you to easily create client invoices, generate insurance claim forms and track account payment history.
CLIENT RECORDS - This section offers tools that allow you to document and monitor client treatment activity and progress. S.O.A.P. Notes, Anatomic Notes, and general medical history forms make complete and effective client record keeping a breeze.

To populate your Client Profiles log into your website and navigate to:
Client >>> Profiles
On the resulting page click the...
- "Add New" button to add a client to the list
- "Client" row to view an existing profile
Once inside a client profile click the...
- "Edit" button to edit existing client information
- "Delete" button to remove a client from the list
- "Drop down" menu on the left side bar to select and navigate to a different client profile
