"WORKING WITH CONTACT INFORMATION"
In this tutorial you will learn about Massage manEdger's Contact management section.
The Contact Section provides tools to assist you greatly in the management of client and supplier contact information. Important telephone numbers, email addresses and street addresses are easily accessed from here.
The Contacts area is divided into the following section tabs:
CONTACT LIST - Your contact list is intended to be your practice directory. It contains telephone numbers, email addresses and street addresses for individuals that are critical to the day-to-day operation of your massage practice. Add contact information for clients, key suppliers, colleagues, industry experts, etc.
Note: If you have already entered your client profiles into the system, the contact list will already be automatically populated with client contact information.
GROUP EMAIL - Email addresses can be grouped into convenient practice specific group mailing lists; client groups, referral partners, supplier groups, colleague groups, etc. can easily be created. Creating email groups will simplify your communication tasks.

To populate your Practice Contact list log into your website and navigate to:
Communication >>> Contacts
On the resulting page click the...
- "Add New" Button to add a new contact to the list
- "Edit" icon
 to edit existing contact information
- "Delete" icon
 to remove a contact from the list
