"I would like to enter recurring blocked times in my appointment schedule. How can this be done?"

You can enter recurring blocked times in your appointment calendar to accommidate personal time (lunch breaks, vacation time, etc.) using the "Recurring" appointment feature. Here's how it works...

1. Navigate to the "Appointment" section and select the desired day and time of the first block period in the series.

2. On the appointment card click the "Recurring" button (see below).

3.  On the resulting page (see below) ...

  1. Define the parameters for the recurring block series (starting and ending dates and the start time of day).
  2. Select the recurring period (daily, weekly or monthly) and then define the associated settings.
  3. Set the "Appointment Type" to "Block"
  4. Define the "Block Length"
  5. Once completed click the "Check" button to verify the availablity of each block period in the series.


4. Review the block availablity and click the "Book" button to enter the "Good" block times into your appointment book..

The recurring block series is now entered into your system.
